Companionship of the IBEM

• This is the highest recognition by the Institute.
• Companionship is offered by invitation only. It may not be applied for.
• Companionships may be life appointments or tenured appointments for 1-5 years, at IBEM’s discretion.
• It is reserved for those who tirelessly contribute to the Institute’s work and/or act as patrons/ambassadors for the Institute.
• Companions receive all the privileges of Fellows plus receive the post-nominals CIBEM. Additionally, they may sit on or chair one or more of IBEM’s committees or working groups.
• There are no fees attached to Companionship. However, Companions are expected to maintain a highly active role within the running of IBEM and its work.
